Due to recent market activity and the progression of our first 6 Villas that are currently under construction, the Developer is pleased to release a NEW Price List with several new options starting from $1,199,900 + GST for a Walk-up Two Storey, AND, a new low price of $1,374,900 + GST for the Rancher Walk-outs #5 & #6 with estimated completion Jan/Feb 2024.

Please remember that we have two ‘under construction’ Villas that are still available and are estimated to be complete June 30-July 30th 2023! #24 Outside End Unit Walk-Up for $1,249,900 + GST; AND, #13 Inside End Unit Walk-out for $1,474,900 + GST!

Please see the attached Lot map with numerical markings for the Villas numbers to correspond with the Prices for each Phase of Villas. We will build the Villas in order of Phases per the Form P Disclosure attached, which is an update from the Disclosure Statement. We encourage Buyers to consult with a lawyer or notary in the province of British Columbia for all real estate purchasing related questions and concerns, including but not limited to: Property Transfer Tax, GST, and Speculation / Vacancy Taxes. 

Although the finishing specifications will be formally detailed as part of any transaction and new home build (see Specifications attached), it may be simpler to refer to the visual displays on the Website of our colour schemes, and referencing the previous phase of Villas built by Candel Custom Homes in order to get a comfort level with the proposed finished product! https://lakecountryvillas.ca/

Prior to moving forward to the Contract stage, we will require a signed copy of the ‘Receipt of Disclosure Statement’ that is the very first page of the attached Disclosure document. Deposits will be taken in the form of 10% of purchase price within 48 hours of Acceptance of an Offer to Purchase and/or removal of any and all Subjects, with no further payments due until you move in!
